We do understand the difficulties you have described and appreciate that travelling with luggage and a walking frame can be challenging. However, to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers, we do need to stand by our scooter transport terms and conditions. While we appreciate that the scooter was collected from your home and that you were dropped home on your return journey, unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to our policy on an individual basis, as this would be unfair to other customers travelling with us under the same conditions. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We truly value your loyalty and are pleased to hear that you are hoping to continue holidaying with Barnes. For your upcoming Norfolk trip, you may wish to explore whether family, friends, or any local community transport services may be able to assist with travel to the pick-up point.
