Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. I’m really pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit to Kew Gardens. I appreciate your comments regarding the end‑of‑day timings. During the winter months, the earlier closures of the restaurants and glasshouses can understandably leave a gap before the scheduled pick‑up. Our timings are set to accommodate the full advertised visit and to ensure the driver’s legal rest requirements are met, but your suggestion about adjusting the schedule for winter departures is very helpful. We’ll certainly review this when planning future trips. Thank you also for raising the point about pick‑up locations. Holiday tours do operate from Greenbridge, but day trips follow a different routing pattern. That said, we’re always looking at ways to improve accessibility, and your request for a Stratton/Greenbridge pick‑up will be passed on to our operations team for consideration. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope to welcome you on another trip soon.
