Hi Jim, Thanks for your feedback and review here. We wanted to give you a heads up about some of the work we're doing behind the scenes to reduce anti-social behaviour in the stands. We're all about maximising the fan experience and completely agree that the above incidents are completely unacceptable. We work closely with grounds, the ECB and security teams to ensure that behaviour such as this is tackled appropriately. We'll be sure to pass this feedback onto all the relevant parties involved. We also ensure we hold our membership accountable to our own code of conduct. Anyone found to be in breach of this on a matchday does have their membership revoked. We're doing lots behind the scenes to look to reduce this sort of behaviour on matchdays, and to maximise everyone's experience at cricket.
