Many thanks for your feedback.We're sorry to hear about the issues that arised. We package our items such as these colour packs in an outer packaging to protect the contents of the product inside. Interlink Express, who we regularly use for all our deliveries normally don't normally damage products we send in-transit. Unfortunately, we don't have control over how they handle our products, but we will raise this issue with them as it isn't acceptable for you to receive the product in the condition you did. We will also ensure our products are packaged better to reduce the chances of this happening again.In the meantime, we are glad the product was ok and we appreciate the feedback that was provided.
