Their support email took 5 days to respond to my issue and the order was sent out extra large when I ordered a small.

The item didn’t fit and when I sent an email there was no response. I requested a prepaid postage label and I was refused . I had to bear the cost of £10 to return the item.

Sorry to hear the communication seemed poor, I have looked into this and can see you was advised via email that unfortunately at the moment we do not offer a pre paid returns service. We advise all customers to return using Royal mail standard 2nd class.
