I have just looked into this and I can see our customer service team have responded to the two emails which you have sent. One was sent to you on 16/06/2021 and the second on the 22/06/2021 asking you to contact us if you free gift was missing on arrival, these may have dropped into your spam/junk inbox. Please drop us an email and we can process your free gift to be sent out to you.
