Really happy with how fast i recieved the products that i ordered, however theres no returns info and ive emailed about returning the item and had no reply

The item purchased, a thinning comb has broken teeth on it and the postage pretty much cost more than the item itself.

We do have a flat rate on postage which is set by our courier and unfortunately cannot be calculated based on products ordered.
