The difference in the quote you received online compared to your renewal price is due to a 10% online discount and a new business discount received when you transact your business online. I can see from your records the Cork manager agreed to match the quotation you agreed online.

We are sorry you had to call back 3 days later to set up the policy again. We are disappointed to here that one of our staff did not give you a call back when they said they would. We will follow this up internally with the staff member in question.

We appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback. Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this.

At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.

We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.
