I emailed the Lucan office on 1st February to request my insurance disc in the post as I do not have access to a colour printer. I have received no reply or my disc?

I can see on your policy that a certificate and disc of insurance was issued yesterday. I would hope that you should have this in the post tomorrow.

I have also requested that another copy be sent just incase you do not receive the original.

Good experience.

Overall my experience was good , the staff down at Tralee are very welcoming and kind. I would definalty continue to stay a customer that's if the insurance decreases for next year.
