Phone service terrible can't get through Service in bray office very good

We just signed up for home insurance & found staff we dealt with to be so helpful.

Didn't have to wait on phone for too long to get to speak to a staff member, who was very helpful.

Easy to renew an hastel free with a good phone service,but i'm in my mid 40's ,full clean licence,never involved in any claims an my insurance is ten quid cheaper than it was when i first started...
