Good Afternoon Saul.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I have had a look at your policy and unfortunately, your previous policy cancelled for non -payment within 7 days of inception on the 08/10. We attempted to contact you on the 12/10 however there was no answer when completing the call back. I can see you then contacted us on the same day to advised you would call back with your IBAN number, as this was not advised to us within the 7 days, the policy automatically cancelled off.

I apologise you were unhappy with the premium offered, our quotes are only valid for a limited time as rates are regularly updated therefore when completing a new quote a differing premium may be offered on the basis of the best rate available on that date.

I can see you have since incepted your second policy and I am happy we were able to provide cover at a premium you were happy with and would like to thank you for choosing Axa Insurance.
