My husband (Trevor) asked me to sort out the insurance, Axa would not take my credit card payment over the phone because he was not at home, I went down to the bank and paid it.

Unfortunately, due to data protection restrictions we would be unable to complete any action on the policy without the policy holders permission. However, if the policy holder would be able to contact us via email or telephone and provide permission for any named person to make amendments going forward we will be able to avoid this occurring again in the future.
