How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Disappointed in the treatment I received

I asked for a better rate and was given a discount of 30€ but wasnt informed that AXA would change my policy.
