I apologise you are unhappy with our automatic renewal service. We can see from our records that your renewal was issued on the 7th January with a reminder issues on 4th February. It is mentioned in the renewal that we will automatically renew your policy if we do not hear from you. As we did not hear from you we automatically renewed this policy on your behalf.
