Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I apologise for the level of service received following the inception of your policy. I have checked the notes on your policy and unfortunately, I can see the line dropped, however we attempted to ring back straight away and were unable to get through as the line appeared engaged. Following you contacting us again, the agent you spoke with attempted to contact you via telephone on 3 occasions however the line would not connect and appeared engaged at each contact. This may have been due to poor cell service at the time or the number we have on file may be incorrect.

I have also checked the policy messages for information regarding documentation and unfortunately as yet we have not received any documents from yourself. If this was sent via email our staff have confirmed they are currently working 23/11 and therefore are in a backlog currently due to a significant influx of emails. As soon as these are processed you will receive a response from our Post Validation Team confirming the finalisation of your policy and annual documentation will be issued immediately.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing AXA for your car insurance. We really appreciate your business.
