I have reviewed your policy today and can see that we have issued you your renewal notice 29 days ago and we also issued 2 reminders to you 23 days ago and 15 days ago. It states in these letter should you wish to discuss the premium then to contact us directly and we can assist with this and should we not hear from you the policy would be renewed automatically. Should you wish to speak to us regarding your policy premium then we would advise to contact us via phone, branch or email.
