We are however very much suprised by your comments about Marco who is a very knowledgeable and professional guide who frequently is praised by our customers. Please be advised that the Original Venice walk is a group tour - max group stay in St mark's Basilica is 10 min or so - this is what the local authorities expect and our guides need to follow the rules. For an in-depth longer visit inside the church you can opt for the 2 Small group Essence of Venice tour operating between April and October or book a private tour just for you. The Original Venice walk is a tour of highlights of the city - it stops inside the Basilica but can't stay inside for too long. The horses or the treasury are not included in the tour itinerary and description. We recommend contacting our Sales Team with your requirements prior booking and we will suggest suitable tours. We understand that you simply had different expectations but that's not exactly our guide's fault. Thank you for your comments.
