In case of small group tours the guide must follow the itinerary advertised online and adjustments to individual needs may not be possible. The guide who accompanied you on the tour is very experienced and has worked with our company for many years Feedbacks from other participants in the group were very positive. Presumably you were looking for a different type of tour but this is not something that we can predict.
