Cinque Terre is a very hilly region hence we always inform our travelers about it so that they are aware there are indeed steps to climb. We are a little surprised by your comments about the apartment since customers are generally very satisfied with this accommodation however of course we will do a quality check on it again to make sure all is order. We suggest always notifying a supplier about any matter directly during your stay to allow the company to assist you immediately.
