You are more than welcome! Regarding the two transfers to and from Siena Fabio and Matteo are our best drivers in Tuscany and they certainly can speak good English as they often work with VIP clients from overseas and they are also respectful drivers who, if they see the customer is asleep, will not talk about surrounding area and disturb the sleeping passengers. Situations on the roads can be unpredictable in case of big trucks and lorries as already explained in the email we sent you directly. Rest assured your safety is our top priority on the transfers! All the hotels we work with are carefully selected and inspected by us so your comments are surprising. In any case we will of course verify with the management of each property to ensure the quality of their services is as advertised. Rooms were provided as per your paperwork, in Venice you were actually upgraded to more expensive rooms without any extra charge.
