There was no service as such. You need to download the disney app and then add tickets to your wallet on your phone, which means everyone in your party has to carry their phone with them all the time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We requested this review to understand your experience with the booking process, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. The process of linking tickets to the Disney app is established by Disney and applies regardless of where the tickets are purchased. Once your tickets have been linked, they can either be assigned to each individual guest, or one person can keep all of the tickets on a single phone for the whole party. Alternatively, as mentioned on the voucher we sent after your purchase, if you prefer a physical ticket, you can present your Disney Ticket Confirmation at any ticket window located at the Disney parks. We hope you had a wonderful trip, and thank you again for your feedback.
