Absolutely love it, the cast members are so friendly, and always smiling and ready to chat, and help out with ideas. We love being here, it seems a special place to be, and we feel very safe here.

Love it, it has all the Magic you would expect, all the best rides, and the most rides, shops, shows, parades, special events, and the newly painted Castle.

World Showcase is amazing, so many food offerings, and fireworks in the park every night, like MK. Not so many rides, but plenty to do.

Probably the smallest park, but plenty to do, Galaxys edge for Star Wars rides and experiences, Toy Story land and like all the parks, characters walking around, and Fantasmic is a great park closer....

Our favourite park, love Pandora, love the nature of the place, not many rides, but being here is special, lots of little walks to do, animals to see.

The experience was as expected, although what made it even better was the ability to secure a lodge umbrella package before we left. Unfortunately this wasn’t something that was offered by attraction...

Excellent value as part of the 14 day pass, however it was manic due to Spring Break and Easter hols. Lots of queue jumping on the long queue rides

Although it was good value as part of the 14 day pass, a lot of the rides had frequent closures due to mechanical issues and therefore the queues were longer on the other rides.

What a wonderful place to visit! And the free child offer made it so much cheaper.

Super easy to use. Second time we have purchased and no issues at all. This time we brought the Universal all parks ticket for 14 days. Had a brilliant time at all the parks, and Universal was epic!

Very easy to order and a great price. The fast passes themselves were spot on, enabled us to do nearly everything at Universal (and Epic) over the 2 days. Why not 5* - you had to go to the guest...

Great place to shop and get something to eat. It's quite pricey though. There's not much else to add, it's the walkway from the buses and the 2 theme parks.
