Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very rude and unprofessional telephone staff

You man on the phone was very unprofessional. Just introduced himself by his name and didn't say he was from Performance Insurance until I hung up and he rang back. Very poor
