I asked for refund but they emailed me back with voucher and I have to contact customer service to get the refund.

Delayed order and incomplete as well as misplaced refund
Fulfilling order in time the order was sent in two and the second part I had to follow up to receive. When I returned one piece I also had to chase the refund.

Poor return service causing anxiety
Unimpressed by return service - individual has to pay for tracked returns and over a week now and no acknowledgment aspiga have received the package or any sign of a refund
