Slightly sweet, lovely in a vinaigrette. Really nice drizzled on fresh berries with a drop of pomegranate syrup.

This is a lovely balsamic vinegar, perfect with a good olive oil for dipping bread. I also drizzle it on strawberries, it’s lovely.
