Will not order again.

Order still not arrived!!!! Placed a very substantial order and when contacted them all they could say was FedEx tried to deliver once then did not try again. No note was left when they said they...

Our apologies on behalf of FedEx, I raised an investigation as to why the driver did not leave a card. Your parcel was returned to the depot as you were not available. As soon as you contacted us we requested a reattempt for delivery. This has now been delivered.
