Good products and prices. Site a little awkward to navigate.

The site was a bit clunky and the process seemed a little long winded. However the products were good and the prices keen. Delivery time was on the lengthy side in comparison to others.

We pack our parcels with care using mostly recyclable materials, such as paper void filling to avoid damages in transit. Once parcels leave our warehouse they become the responsibility of the courier. Damages in transit are costly and waste time. Our apologies that you experienced difficulties opening the parcel.
