Very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your pack of brushes.
These are described as very low cost bulk buy brushes for schools or hobbyists and are priced accordingly at £15.45 per pack of 100. Previous customer feedback acknowledge the price/performance at .15p each to be very good value. With regard to the delivery your order was placed on a Wednesday evening approx.19.30 hrs.
This was picked, packed and dispatched on Thursday as per schedule. FedEx attempted delivery to your address next weekday (Friday) however there was nobody home. FedEx reattempted, as normal, on the next weekday - Monday, with a positive response. As detailed on our delivery pages normal courier deliveries are on weekdays and exclude weekends. We refunded postage regardless.

Contacted customer, resolve in place. Goods left us on time. Courier company unfortunately caused issue. We were not aware that goods had not been delivered as we would have looked into this immediately. Always best to contact us quickly and directly by email or phone to resolve any delivery issues.
