Notified product shipped. Sat in limbo for three days according to “tracking”. Product was delivered before tracking said so... no way to tell recipientvshen it would arrive- 5 days later

As discussed via email, the Royal Mail service you chose takes 3-4 working days to arrive - excluding Sunday. We offer FedEx as a faster tracked delivery service at a small additional fee or free over a £40.00 spend. A shipping confirmation email was sent to you, and your order had been dispatched the next day. Our apologies for any confusion.
