Our delivery service is shipped to an address of your choice. If you are not available at the time of delivery you may leave shipping instructions to leave in a secure location, with a neighbour or contact us or FedEx directly to request to collect your parcel from the depot. Thank you for your feedback. A tracked delivery service is available at a small additional charge or free over £40.00 to most parts of the UK. We offer a choice of shipping options to suit our customers requirements. We email a shipment notification to inform you on the day of dispatch.
