Great price for polychromos pencils just courier probs

We are sorry to hear your parcel did not arrive in good condition. These easels are despatched in manufacturers boxes therefore box size should not be an issue, we are more than concerned as to how this has happened on this occasion. This easel is one of our best sellers and to date we have not had a damaged easel. We would always ask customers to send us pictures of any damage to give us the opportunity to respond and resolve where possible. Hi. On checking again, the box is big enough, as you say. It seems the legs of the easel have somehow been pushed downwards and pierced the box. This is why they were sticking out unprotected. I can only think this happened in transit therefore could be flagged up to your carrier? I have not yet opened the parcel but will contact you if the item is not ok. Thanks

Please could you photograph before you take out of the box as we can then forward these to our carrier if necessary and of course if you are not happy with the condition of your easel please let us know by email or phone so that we can rectify the issue. Thank you
