leaves a lot to be desired

was told that the order would be delivered within 3 -5 working days from ordering, yet it was about 3 days before it was handed to courier! and am still waiting for it.

Your parcel was dispatched on time from ourselves. We contacted our couriers who apologise that your parcel was not delivered due to late sort in the depot. I have monitored this and your parcel has now been delivered today.
