Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace leggere della sua insoddisfazione riguardo alla consistenza del gelato ottenuto con la macchina Myslush.
La resa e la cremosità del gelato dipendono fortemente dal bilanciamento degli ingredienti utilizzati, dalla percentuale di zuccheri e grassi presenti nella ricetta e dalla temperatura dei liquidi al momento dell'inserimento nella cestello.
Un bilanciamento non ottimale o l'uso di ingredienti troppo caldi può influenzare il processo di mantecazione, portando a una consistenza più simile a quella di un frappé o di una granita.
