I would advise to always check the paper before pasting !! Lesson learnt..

The service was excellent but the wallpaper had a few flaws which I didn't notice until it was hung. Luckily these appeared at the bottom and as it was for a bedroom and will be hidden by the bed.

Hi, I'm sorry to see you've left us a 1 star review and that your sample order has not yet arrived. I can see that you placed the order on Thursday the 2nd June, which was the start of the Jubilee Bank Holiday. Your order was therefore shipped on Monday 6th June (which was the next working day) and should be with you any day now. I cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving this review, which I would always recommend as we are here to help.
