Pond Dr is specifically formulated to make tap water safe for use in ponds by neutralising chlorine and chloramine when used in accordance with the instructions. It is designed to be safe for pond fish, amphibians, and other pond wildlife, and would not be expected to cause the issues you have described. As there are many factors that can affect pond wildlife and animal behaviour, including water quality, environmental conditions, and other external influences, it is difficult to determine the cause based on the information available. We would be more than happy to investigate this further with you. If you could contact our customer service team with details of your pond size, the dosage used, when the product was added, and any recent changes to the pond, we will do everything we can to help.
