Hello, For international orders (including Canada) it is average for an order to take up to 14 days to reach it's destination as it has to clear customs which generally adds many days to the delivery timeline. Your order was placed on February 27th and shipped the same day, and it took until March 8th to clear customs, and not including Sundays that is just 10 days that your order has been on it's way to you - I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but 10-14 business days is pretty standard shipping times for international orders, and in the future you can always reach out to us directly if you need any updates or if you have any questions about your order.
