Hello, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but we ship to Australia regularly without issue and unfortunately we don't have control over everything and it looks like customs had destroyed your package for some reason. With that being said you sent us an email on October 17th that we replied to offering to send a replacement order (that we would pay for), or provide a refund and you never responded.
