Hi and thanks for your review of the Whirlpool UW8FCXB2 freezer. I'm glad you're happy with your product. In terms of the delivery when you're out of are normal delivery area we send stock by a courier, which is all explained on the delivery information page when placing an order. The date you request is a requested delivery date, not a confirmed date, again this is explained when placing the order. I do apologies the old freeze was not collected, I can see we have refund this service. Kind regards Michael
