Good morning and thanks for your review of Siemens BF722L1B1B iQ700 Built In 900W Hydrolytic Microwave in Black. In terms of your review there is a lot misinformation we arranged a next day delivery. As you're on our courier service the delivery is an all day delivery. This is all explained when you place the order online. You do receive a time slot in the morning and a tracking link, also the driver calls when they're on route. There was no one at the property to accept the delivery, as you're on our courier service there is a redelivery fee as the cost of the delivery is £49.99, this is all explained in terms and conditions. You agreed to and paid the re-delivery fee, then called us back demanding a delivery within a certain time slot, which we're unable to book as you're on our a courier service. You asked for the order to be cancelled, as the order had already been dispatched there is a cancellation fee, again this is all covered in the terms and conditions and was explained by myself over the phone. If you're wanting a delivery within a certain time slot, I would advise in the future to call the company before hand and explain this, with all companies deliveries are all day slots, this will help you in the future.
