We do suggest a 2 man delivery on appliances over 60cm wide, as the fridge freezer you ordered is 70cm wide - this is for the safety of our drivers and to help protect the appliance and customers property - I'm very sorry if you were not happy with the phone cal you received to explain this. We do offer a door step delivery for customers not wishing to pay the additional amount - again for safety we do take pictures just so we can confirm you appliance was delivered in perfect condition.
