Hi Peter, thanks for reviewing your new Hoover HLEC9DGB Freestanding 9kg Condenser Tumble Dryer.
In regards to your comments, I apologise if you think our driver has damaged your appliance. I have checked back through the delivery pictures and i have spoken to the driver and there is no obvious sign of our driver damaging the item.
Nothing was reported to us about what might have happened. You called us 3 days after we delivered, saying the machine was making a screeching noise. Our staff called hoover and managed to get an engineer visit on the very next day. At no point was anything mentioned about our driver damaging the item.
I'm not quite sure what has happened but i presume the engineer visit was successful and everything is now ok?
