Hi Jaroslaw. I've checked my system and i can see that the pallet delivery service was explained to you over the phone. It also clearly states in our terms and conditions of how the pallet service works and that it is just a doorstep delivery. In regards to delivering to a new address, the security checks completed online when you placed your order matched your card to your address. Due to security risks, we are then unable to change the delivery address, 99% of companies will also follow this procedure due to the risk of fraudulent transactions.
