Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

If you give it time

Ordered on a next day delivery, that was a Sunday. Didn't arrive until Wednesday, hardly next day. However product was what was expected and value for money.

Hi, thanks for leaving feedback for your recent purchase and we're sorry to hear you didn’t receive your conference folder next day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 which means as your order was placed on the weekend it wasn’t processed until the Monday. With our standard delivery service we aim to deliver all goods the next working day although sometimes it can take up to 48 hours. In addition to our standard delivery service we do also offer a guaranteed next working day delivery via UPS and with this service should your order fail to arrive we will refund your delivery charge in full.
