Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Terrible

Terrible service, I made a note with my order, saying that if we are not in, to leave the parcel under a bush in my garden. They took it to a newsagents somewhere instead! I still haven't received it!

Delivery was prompt but the goods were disappointing , low quaiity paper for a calendar that has to last for a year !
