Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Poor delivery service

I received an email to say my goods had been delivered but I had in fact not received them. I rang and was told that it would be the next day. They still didn't arrive the next day so I rang again...

Apologies your order hadn't been delivered as expected. The goods left our warehouse the same day the order was processed but unfortunately had been misplaced by the courier who didn't inform us. Your order was then sent again and i'm happy to hear you have now received all your goods. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent

Excellent service but wish the large postal sticky label hadn't had to be put on the actual box (it arrived with no packaging) so prominently - very difficult to remove without leaving a mess.
