Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

firstly i'd like to thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review.

I must say though i am a little disappointing that you felt it necessary to rate your experience with AOS Online with only 1 star. In light if this I have looked into your order and spoken to the member of staff in our customer service team who dealt with your enquiry. I can see that the product you initially received was actually faulty and a replacement was dispatched as soon as you raised the issue with us. We appreciate that some inconvenience was caused by the product being faulty and we apologise for this. I do however feel our customer service team dealt with the issue quickly and satisfactorily and fell it's unfair to rate their service as poor.
