Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

They used a delivery company who required me to be in to received which was very inconvenient. Product seems as describe.

Hi and thanks for your feedback. As we use a courier and for security reasons we require all deliveries to be signed for, although they can be left with a neighbour if that's something your happy with.
