We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Hi Linda, thank you for reviewing your purchase with us. Apologies about the issues you have experienced with this order, we do always offer a full refund of the faulty item so you can re-order for next day delivery to speed things up. Unfortunately as we don't hold stock it was not possible for us to send out the fixings, after looking further into this I can see it has now been resolved and you have received a replacement item.
