Hi Tony We have passed our concerns onto UKMail and expressed our view on the service they have provided us in some cases in not acceptable. We expect our courier to offer the same service as we do to our customers and that is fast an efficient. We have been let down in this case by UKmail but our service was good to yourself so the feedback left does not reflect our service as its been left as negative please consider the fact as a company we fulfilled our side but was let down badly by our courier and for that we apologise on behalf of UKMail could you kindly alter the service rating but emphasise in your description the courier was the ones at fault.
