We are very sorry for the mix up which was due to a labelling error in our warehouse. The replacement item was despatched the following day but it appears the courier called at the wrong house. Our despatch process was reviewed following this incident. Ian Thacker

We are very sorry for the stock shortage. All products advertised on the website are held as stock lines. Due to the nature of internet trading we sometimes recieve bulk orders for specific lines which can teporarily leave us out of stock. In this instance we had fulfilled a large order the previous day, stock was due in the following day but understandably the customer could not wait. The customer was notified of the shortage as soon as we received the order and the refund was processed immediately. As a result of this incident stock levels of Paslode nails are being increased.
